B.RAMANA KUMAR

  • Post graduate in commerce , Degree at law , member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Institute of Cost Accountants of India . A Practicing lawyer in the Madras High Court
  • Insolvency professional : Act as Interim Resolution Professional, Resolution professional, Consultancy to all forms of stake holders, and appearance before the NCLT for the same. Strategizing and providing end to end solutions in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
  • Has over two decades of experience in practice as a Chartered Accountant and later as a Lawyer and representing clients before authorities including before the CIT(A), ITAT, and the High Court.
  • Hands on experience in preparation and review of legal documents, commercial contracts and agreements for corporates, firms and individuals including NGOs.
  • Consultancy for international taxation including jurisdictional analysis, entity structuring and optimal funding options.
  • Foreign Companies, Charitable Trusts and Representation before CLB, Department of Company Affairs
  • Represented clients in matters relating to Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations at all levels from planning to litigation

S.HARISH KUMAR

  • Specializes in Direct & Indirect tax appeals and representation, Company law matters, RTI , matters
  • Also specializes in non-litigation works of preparation, drafting of various legal documents, opinions and liaison with counsels and seniors

N.C.PRABHAKAR

  • Specializes in Income tax consultancy, compliance and litigation.
  • Practice at the bar for around 20 years and also specializing in the areas of Company law, Foreign Exchange laws and procedure, Prevention of Money laundering Act (PMLA) and related new gen legislations.
  • Appearance in Appellate forms of Income tax, ITAT, NCLT etc and Madras High Court in the above areas

KRISHNA KUMAR BALARAMAN

  • Over two decades of experience in key leadership roles of Strategy, Development, and Management in major international organisations; Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and multi-locational international teams.
  • PGSEM (IIM Bangalore), PGDIPR (NLSIU), B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering - University of Madras). Currently a PhD candidate at IIT, Madras.
  • Areas of expertise include Innovation and Product Management, International Business, E-business Models and Strategies, and Consulting & Education
  • Holds an diploma in intellectual property from University of Bangalore and advices clients on the same including creation, strategy, registering and maintaining

S. ANAND

  • Over 25 years' experience with around two decades as Head of Human Resource function
  • Has been part of the Global Fortune 1 subsidiary in India, Manufacturing & IT services Companies, heading the HR function.
  • Basic Lab in Human Process distinction from ISABS & experience in Appreciative Inquiry
  • Areas of expertise include experience in transforming the HR function from a 'Support Group' to a "Business Partner", harmonization of HR processed on integration (M&A) including reverse transition, migration processes and business model re-alignment.
  • Approach to turnaround being simple & realistic adopting tools in the form of Business, Process, Hygiene & Emotion acting as Enablers
